Proofing & Production
Yes, you will receive a proof of your order within 24-72 hours of submitting your order on our website. If you submitted in order with custom graphic design, you should expect a proof within 72 hours unless contacted by a representative with a different timeline based on our volume of orders.
After your proof is approved we will place your order into production (7-10 business days)
This does not include tissue paper, shopping bags or poly-mailers or Air Fresheners.

Yes, we do offer graphic design as an additional service. We are typically booked 2-4 weeks in advance, so please reach out so we can explain how to reserve a spot with us
Each client has unique needs and specifications so our pricing does reflect that! If you are interested in us designing your next campaign, please reach out via email or our contact us so we can discuss pricing.
Gratefully, we have become so busy with design work that we have rolled out graphic design booking dates which are windows that we will begin working on your project. We will collect all the info from you on initial contact, discuss pricing, then you process the payment fo graphic design in advance.
Please send us everything that you think is important to the project including images, color schemes, logos, inspiration, and mood-boards. Every article helps us with really catching the your vision and getting to know who you are.

Domestic Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Yes, you can pick-up your order from us in Chino, CA. Once your order is completed we will send you an email with pickup instructions and our address. We are open for Local Pick-up Monday-Friday from 8AM-5PM
We ship to all 50 US States. We can ship out of the U.S. upon request, please send us your shipping address for a qoute if you do not live in the U.S.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Golden State Print is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Golden State Print is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
